I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Jakarta Tanah Abang. The hotel is stylish, clean, and very well-located, but what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service—especially from Gian. From the moment I checked in, Gian went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I had a specific request for a room not facing the building across, and he made sure I got exactly what I needed. Throughout my stay, he consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well and that all my requests were met promptly and with a smile. It's rare to find such attentive and caring service, and Gian truly made me feel like a valued guest. I’ll definitely return and recommend this hotel to others. Thanks again for the great experience!

I checked out today after 4 weeka of stay at IBIS. I have a few feedback. What went well: friendly staff, good service thanks for adding a vegetarian menu bed is very comfortable Things to improve lighting in the room was not adequate, need one bright light. I have to open the curtains at times. Usually all hotels provide shampoo, moisturizer, conditioner etc rather than a common gel, its really required for long stays. Room doesnt have a proper wardrobes, not at all happy. Hope things will be better next time.
