I want to sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced during your stay. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be without proper air conditioning, especially during the summer, and I regret that this impacted your experience so significantly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system requires a full replacement, and due to the complexity of the installation, this is not a simple off-the-shelf solution. While we are actively working on securing and installing the new system as soon as possible, I recognize that this does not change the challenges you faced during your stay. We do our best to inform all guests in advance about the current situation, as we understand how important this is when making travel decisions. I regret if this information was not received ahead of your arrival or if it did not fully prepare you for the impact it had on your stay. I also want to acknowledge and appreciate your recognition of our team. While they are doing their best in a difficult situation, I understand that this does not make up for the inconvenience you experienced. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and remain committed to resolving this issue as soon as possible. Once again, I sincerely regret the impact this had on your stay.
