We apologize that you did not find the check in process to be friendly. This is not our normal standard and will be looked into with team. We would like to apologize that your dining experience was not up to par. I will be sharing your comments with our kitchen team to ensure we improve the quality and consistency of our dishes. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of an elevator.
