Good, for the money. But don’t expect 5 star

It’s very acceptable for the price. It’s a clean and safe hotel. Downsides are that the breakfast area is a massacre in the morning with a 15 minute queue to get a table. Also, housekeeping turned up each day at 6pm to clean the room, which is far too late. Rooms also very basic but a very comfortable bed On the whole, Ok. Nothing special but it’s £220 a night so you’re saving a lot compared to other alternatives

Was at the hotel for 3 nights, did try and book early check in which was unavailable, this was ok as I could see it was very busy. I was given a room when I returned to check in later. The room on the 31st floor was very very noisy, the lift noise went on all night and the roof top bar didn’t stop pounding music until past 1am,, as I was there working I had to be up at 7am resulting in no sleep at all! When I tried to reach reception using the pad in the room, no one answered. In addition, if you are a guest and want to go up to the roof top you have to pay a minimum of 50 euros per person. At check out the queue was so long taking about 30 minutes to check out. Staff were very unhelpful when I explained I had to get to a flight and one just shrugged.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are lovely. The rooms, however, leave a lot to be desired. There are no drawers or shelves for storing clothes, which is a major oversight. The bathroom sink is so oversized that there is very little room for toiletries. And there is only one tiny waste basket for the entire unit. Also, is also weirdly has a curtain, rather than a door, between the bathroom and the hallway. The 2 bedside tables are miniscule. I don’t know if all Pullman hotels use this design, but I do not recommend this hotel.
