Dear Mr. M., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Mercure Nottingham City Centre George Hotel. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. I do however apologise for the blind in the bathroom. For this I am sincerely very sorry. I thank you for bringing this to my attention which in turn I will share with my maintenance team to look into and investigate and remedy immediately. Dear Mr. E., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mercure Nottingham City Centre George Hotel. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I do sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused with having to downgrade you to the next room below that of which you had booked. I totally understand the disappointment that this would have caused and do sincerely apologise. I can confirm you were not charged for the larger room. I see you mention in your comments \'Didn\'t get the room I paid for\'. I can confirm you were only charged for the room allocated to you which was £30.00 less than that of the original room price. I can also see complimentary breakfast was also provided as an additional apology. I once again am sincerely very sorry for the disappointment this caused. I further apologise should our very central location within the bar and restaurant district have proven to have been nosier than you had expected. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
