The hotel is located in the centre of the tourist area. The staff are excellent, as are the public areas and dining. Our room was nice and somewhat quirky, but the furnishings and equipment were definitely at their sell-by date. Overall it’s great unless you really care about the detail of the room appointment.

Is a Call member (plus) is disappointing that drinks have been designed only for men. You offer soft drink or beer however if people don’t drink beer you have no option. I think this is a miss on your company‘s behalf and believe it or not is a determined factor in the next stay. I believe this is disappointing as every other part of our stay was exceptional. Great rooms, great customer service, wonderful employees and a great location. I just believe this is an oversight with attention to detail for both male and female guest.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The entire staff was so friendly my whole stay. Really made it so nice to come back after a long day. I had two separate stays a few days apart and they managed to link it all up and also stay very communicative the whole time. Really blown away by this property. Nice fitness center Sauana and pool too. Would definitely stay here again
