You booked a Privilege room, and we would like to clarify that, as mentioned on our website, all rooms in this category are equipped with bathtubs, all certified by Accor. We understand that this setup may not suit everyone\'s preferences, especially if you enjoyed our walk-in showers during previous stays in our standard rooms. Please feel free to share your preferences when making your next reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability. Regarding your comment about coffee access, the breakfast machines are indeed taken out of service after 11 a.m. for cleaning and preparation for the next morning’s service. That said, we are a bit surprised by your feedback, as we offer coffee, decaffeinated coffee, as well as six varieties of loose-leaf teas and six types of tea bags, all available 24/7 in the hotel’s common area.
