Dear customer Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you were able to enjoy the location of the hotel, so close to the city center and that you had some good points during your stay. We are sorry that the breakfast and the room temperature were not up to your expectation. Indeed it happens in the morning, everyone come at the same time, so food runs out quicker than other, the time our staff can refill. Some customers few days prior your arrival were cold in their room, so have put the heat temperature up. We are sorry that it made you feel unconfortable. We hope to see you for your next stop in Avignon to regain your trust. Novotel team

Dear Madam, We thank you for taking the time to share your feelings following your stay at the Novotel Avignon Centre. The comments of our customers (positive or negative) are precious to us and allow us to motivate ourselves and improve day after day. However, we saw each other every day and you didn't tell me in any way that the room wasn't clean. When you check-out , I was also there and you did not tell me anything either. Please note that the reception is available 24 hours a day to answer your requests. In addition, we made you a commercial gesture because the room you originally reserved didn't suit you.
