Dear Rodolfo, Thank you for taking the time to write to us after your stay at the Ibis Santiago Estación Central. We regret that the service provided did not meet your expectations, so please accept our sincere apologies. We assure you that the necessary measures will be taken to improve the quality of the services you mentioned. We remind you that being close to bus terminals around the world means there is a greater flow of people, with all that this entails, both good and bad. Unfortunately, security is subject to the jurisdiction of the municipality and the work of the Chilean Carabineros (Police). However, we are working hard to improve our security systems and ensure a safer stay for our guests. As a hotel, our capabilities are within the hotel, and we are working with tactical guards. However, outside of the hotel, unfortunately, this is not up to us. In any case, we are seeking solutions with the regional government to improve this aspect, which is so important to us.
