I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. The standard of the platter you received is certainly not what is expected to come from our kitchen, so I would like to refund the cost of your dining experience with us. I will have this processed, and the team forward you the documentation. It is disappointing to read about the challenges with the TV reception. I have checked with our team to ascertain if there were other issues on the evening in question so we will have our engineering team ensure that all connectivity for our TVs is checked.
