Ostädat rum när vi checkade in

Vi anlände till hotellet sent på kvällen när receptionen var stängd. Vi hade bokat två rum (vi var fem personer). Det ena rummet var ostädat så hela familjen fick sova i ett rum för tre personer. På morgonen dagen efter klagade vi och personalen lovade att vi skulle få tillbaka pengar för det ostädade rummet, men det fick vi aldrig. När vi senare kontaktade hotellet sa de att hotellet bytt ägare och att de inte vad som skett innan. Aldrig att vi skulle rekommendera ett hotell med så dålig kundservice och där vi fock betala för två rum när vi fick klämma ihop oss i ett.

Dirty and smelling room

The previus visitor had smoked in the room and there was not an alternative room available. All our clothes smell like cicarette now. Even the fire alarm was still covered with a paper so obviously the staff did not care about this. Additionally, everything was dirty. We have used Ibis Budget every time when available in pur destinations, but this was the last time.
