Feel free to ask for our assistance, we are always happy to help our guest and show them how to open the windows. Regarding the water, tap water from the sink in your room or if you ask at the bar to fill your own bottle could be also a solution if your prefer to avoid to buy a bottle direclty from the foodwall.
