Stanza più grande della media, posizione ok a 15 minuti dal centro. Esperienza molto negativa con il personale del check in. Inglese basico, si viene trattati come un numero, nessun sorriso all’arrivo. Durante l’attesa per ricevere la stanza ( ore 15 spaccate, sognatevi di entrare anche un solo minuto prima) non mi e’ stato offerto non dico un caffè’, ma nemmeno un bicchiere d’acqua! Suggerisco dei corsi di aggiornamento su come si accolgono i clienti in un’hotel a 4 stelle! Esperienza deludente, non consiglio.
