Novotel is quite close to the airport. I often stay here. It has quiet and well kept rooms. The gym and pool.are clean and we'll kept. They serve very good food and service is courteous and warm. A good amount of variety and great quality makes it an enjoyable experience.

Mr. Ghamshan is such a kind person and Miss sonia she has always serve us new dishes Mr. Suraj has serve us coffee and it is very nice and really liked the service gave by Mr.Ravi he his also a kind person. The staff of novotel hav make us feel like we are a family. We will sureky love to visit again.

I had dinner yesterday @ The Square, Novotel Pune. The food was delicious. Also got the best hospitality from the staff there. Particularly, Ravi Rathod gave the excellent service and took good care. Will totally recommend to friends and definitely visit again!
