Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cotonou, grandement facilité par la qualité de cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux, avec un personnel à la fois professionnel et attentif. La chambre était confortable, bien entretenue, et la literie assurait un bon repos. L’emplacement est idéal, que ce soit pour se déplacer en ville ou rejoindre facilement l’aéroport. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un voyage d’affaires ou touristique.

It's my second stay at IBIS Cotonou and it was nice, except for : - the key of the room doesn't work everyday, so you need to go frequently at the reception to get in programmed again, despite holding it away from my phone. - The reception desk did not see my reservation at my arrival. I was obliged to show them my confirmation and waited almost 1 hour to get a room - In both of my arrivals, there were no shuttle, as promised, so I was disappointed and I took taxi - The room service disturbed each afternoon to bring a forgotten towel

The stay was perfect until my last day when water was running down from the air conditioning unit. I had to get out of the shower and quickly report it at the front desk. This is around 7:00 am. Simply because I couldn’t reach the front desk from the line in the room. The door stayed widely opened until whoever came to clean the unit and the water finished his job. Privacy wise I don’t think it was okay.
