Good hotel to refresh your mind

Such as pleasant stay at ibis styles solo Even though the building is old, room still cozy enough for us. Even the hotel is enough for us but there're room to improve such as your human resource. We're drawn in the rain when arrived there, but your staff who checked us in dont even ask or trying to minggle with us. Even for asking "do you need something warm maybe?" I know im not platinum nor diamond member who can ask for anything but this little gesture will make me feel warm and welcome, even if you ask or offer I'll politely decline it since I know Im not your elite member. We're trying to minggle with your staff NOT your staff try to minggle with us. She know where we came from so I think its not hard for her to ask anything related. Upon our check out time, we politely to ask if we can get 1pm late check out since I still need time to prepare. But lady over the phone politely decline and gave us 30min to check out. BUT the mind blowing thing is when they only told us to make sure there's nothing left at our room YEAH AT OUR ROOM, yeah we dont left anything in room but in RECEPTION it's my sister id card when we're checked in. And the evening after we checked in, we come to borrow umbrella, do they dont recognize us who left id card that very important? They gave a call when we already at our next destination, do they offer to send it? Ofc not. Until this time, they dont even text to ask about id card lol. I hope all FO team got time to improve about their service and make Ibis Style Solo more awsome💞
