The staff are very polite and always helpful whenever we interact with them. My suggestions would be like below: 1) The windows—I wish they could be opened to let in fresh air, especially after dust storms. And also 2) The music in the entrance and restaurant. IT can be updated or could be managed in a way that songs won't overlap. It seems there are 2 streams. 3) The Internet. Unfortunately, the internet is very slow and unstable, especially on floors 6 and 11. At least, this is what I observed during my stays. But the speed is not good overall.
