The hotel is in the heart of Queenstown. In terms of location, it's close to Bella Cucina (great Italian restaurant and a 2 min walk to Fergburger. The staff were super helpful. My only issue was it was difficult to sort out the TV connection, WiFi connection in certain areas of the room were not strong enough. Also, the milk in the room's fridge was already opened when I arrived on the first day. Unfortunately, it had already curdled, that was quite disappointing that the staff didn't check this beforehand.
