We arrived by taxi on Saturday 13th April but unfortunately my daughter left her mobile phone in the taxi and became very upset. The receptionist, whose name I didn't get, phoned up the taxi company and then because they wouldn't return the phone, drove in her own car to pick up the phone from the taxi driver and returned it to my daughter who was hugely relieved. This was exceptional service and I'd be grateful if you could pass on my thanks. If I could I'd like to buy her a small gift by way of a thanks you. Malcolm C.

I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. I appreciated the Geneva transport card as the bus stops right outside. Also, there is a nice shopping mall across the road for meals should you need. My room itself was nice and quiet. My only feedback is that the mattress protector was highly lumpy. I tried to fix it myself, but it is so old that it has pulled apart in some places and is still intact in other places making it lumpy. It made for uncomfortable sleeping. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean. The breakfast is nice, you can have a continental or a warm breakfast. The fruit salad looked tired every day (brown) and as it was the only fruit on offer, it was not appetizing. You can easily reach the International Organizations in Geneva and equally the old town and the lake.
