I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that our team was unable to fully meet your needs. Please rest assured that we take all feedback very seriously to continuously improve our services. Regarding the pre-authorization, your bank card was provided at the time of booking as a guarantee only, with no payment being processed. As stated on our website, a bank imprint is required upon arrival to cover any potential charges. I understand that this may have been an issue if you only had a contactless card, but for security reasons, our terminals require card insertion and PIN entry. I am also sorry if the reception service did not meet your expectations. We strive to be both professional and welcoming, and I will follow up internally to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the restaurant QR code, I regret that it redirected you to an incorrect page. We will immediately check and update all QR codes in the rooms. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Finally, I am saddened to hear that you did not find our establishment welcoming. This does not reflect the usual feedback we receive from our guests, and we take your comments very seriously to improve our services.
