However, we understand that firmer pillows and in-room tea/coffee facilities would have enhanced your stay. We do offer coffee and tea facilities in our business rooms, but we acknowledge that having these amenities readily available in all rooms would provide added convenience. Additionally, our Sweet Beds are designed with comfort in mind, and while many guests find them to be just right, we appreciate that pillow preference can vary. We take note of your preference for firmer pillows and apologize for any discomfort experienced.
