Thank you for choosing and staying at ibis Styles Gangnam. As I have explained several times before, there is a concern regarding the potential spoilage of food when stored inside the room. Due to our environmental protection policy, we are unable to provide takeaway containers, and we do not offer an alternative breakfast service. Even if requested for an additional charge, it is unfortunately not possible. Additionally, you mentioned that you would be fasting before a medical procedure, and while I offered assistance with providing a simple beverage or helping to order delivery food, all of these offers were declined. As such, we are unable to provide further assistance in this matter. If you need help at any time, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk. Regarding your comments on soundproofing, we will look into possible solutions and work towards making your stay more comfortable. Thank you again for your feedback.
