Typical business Novotel. Clean and new rooms, quite spacious. Very good choice at breakfast, there is something for everyone. There is a swimming pool available at the hotel, it is advisable to take a swimsuit with you. Good food in the restaurant, at affordable prices. I have no reservations, I had a pleasant sleep, I have been here several times. Not far from the hotel (10-15min walk) Mariacka street, lots of pubs and events.

Being a silver memeber of Al accor I've always enjoyed a Welcome Drink which was a selection of some local beers. During my first stay in 2025 I was explicitly asked at the hotel bar which Accor level I have and with Silver you get only standard Zywec beer which is not bad from the quality point of view but from the perspective of customer loaylty it was not good.Especially the whole process of getting a welcome drink took extremly long with an app code etc. Finally it felt like beggin for the Welcome Drink

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The location was perfect – close to major attractions and the train station, yet peaceful and relaxing. Plus, the hotel offers a fantastic view of the city skyline. The amenities, including the pool made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!
