The staff is constantly attentive to the guest's needs and try to make your stay comfortable in any possible way. Reception, restaurant, and service staff all provide a kind and efficient service. They helped us with transfers to and from the airport and other transfers we required, all coordinated via email with very quick response from Nelly Quispe. The venue is great, comfortable bedrooms, the central patio is gorgeous, food was pretty good as well. Very well located near Plaza de Armas. Also Pamela Quispe from Peru Sightseeing was super helpful recommending the tours we should take to make the most out of our trip.
