While we are glad to hear that you found the hotel centrally located, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the room and amenities. We understand that the size of the bathroom and the lack of toiletries, beyond soap, were disappointing. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered upon check-in and with the lack of lift access, especially considering your husband\'s situation. We understand how important it is for guests to have a comfortable and convenient stay, and we regret that this aspect did not meet your expectations. We also apologize for the missing mugs and the wet carpet – this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We will address these issues to ensure they are corrected moving forward.
