However, we understand that the presence of smokers in the vicinity of the hotel and on the terrace affected the comfort of your stay. While we strive to accommodate the preferences of all our guests, we will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continuously seek ways to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone. We offer designated smoking areas and aim to enforce these zones more strictly to prevent discomfort for our non-smoking guests.
