We apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, especially regarding the readiness of your room and the disturbances from other guests. Please note that our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and we regret that your room with two single beds was not prepared on time. We also apologize for the issues with the lamps, water pressure, and curtains. These should have been flagged by housekeeping, and we will reinforce this with our team to ensure rooms are thoroughly checked before being made available. Dear Joseph Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, We had an issue that morning with our Coffee machine, and we were still waiting for a technician from Nestle to come and assist I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
