È sempre un piacere sapere che i nostri ospiti valorizzano questi aspetti così importanti per noi. Tuttavia, ci dispiace apprendere che alcuni aspetti della camera non siano stati all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Grazie per averci informato riguardo la base del lavabo; siamo attenti a mantenere i nostri spazi in ottimo stato e il suo feedback è essenziale per migliorare. Inoltre, sebbene il design delle nostre camere rispecchi lo stile Novotel, comprendiamo che l'estetica sia soggettiva e ci scusiamo se non ha incontrato il suo gusto personale. Per quanto riguarda l'illuminazione, stiamo valutando modi per rendere gli ambienti più luminosi e accoglienti. Nonostante ciò, siamo contenti che abbia trovato la sua stanza spaziosa e che il nostro parcheggio privato sia stato conveniente per lei, nonostante l'accesso possa risultare stretto.
