Rooms are comfy and a good place for a nights stay before or after a flight. Front desk staff are very friendly. HOWEVER the food certainly leaves something to be desired! Ordered a margarita pizza for $22 plus the $3 fee for me to have to come and pick it up from the restaurant??? Not sure what that’s about. No sooner had I submitted the order i got a call to say my pizza is ready… huh? Literally 3mins. How did they even make it in 3 minutes? Once I received it it was clear this was pre packaged crap

Very ordinary, the breakfast was expensive and the food was below average, staff were rude.

Rooms and hallways dirty, food scraps/plates left in hallway during entire stay. Rooms average cleanliness. TV don’t work, called reception, was going to call us back. We left before this happened. It served a purpose for a pre-flight stay but was far from enjoyable.

Very disappointed. Rooms are outdated, bathroom is so small & step to it is so dangerous, an accident waiting to happen. No service at the restaurant

Picked up by shuttle from airport and checked in late. Not advised initially advised that there was a charge thought it was free! Asked if the shuttle in the morning could drop me at Alpha Car Rental, told it had to drop us at airport? After being picked up by the Alpha car rental shuttle we realised that Ibis hotel we stayed at was directly behind!! Was disappointed that the staff didn’t make any effort to help, the receptionist whilst friendly didn’t seem interested in serving us. had they provided a little hospitality we would have had extra time to have breakfast at Ibis before leaving in the morning!
