Dear Armand, Thank you for your feedback. We regret the inconvenience you experienced with the electrical outlets. During your stay, do not hesitate to inform our reception about this kind of technical problem in order for our team to act quickly. Regarding the food, we would you have liked to eat ? Do not hesitate to share ideas or suggestion. We provide cardboard boxes only at the Corner Station as our food is mainly to go. However if you eat for lunch at our Lounge Station or for dinner with the room service you won\'t have cardboard box. Wishing you an excellent day. Unfortunatly, our A/C was turned off during your stay as we are still in winter. Our maintenance team will have a look at your room temperature. Dear Ed V, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide comfortable accommodations, and I regret that the room size did not suit your needs. However, please note that you are informed of our room sizes while doing your booking. Paper glasses and wooden spoons have been chosen as the most environmental friendly option for the moment. Using glass made of glass would also use a lot of water to wash. If you have any other idea, please let us know as we are looking for another option. Indeed, we do not provide milk in room.
