The hotel is near to the airport, with airport shuttle. Coming from the airport is free, but chargeable from hotel to airport. The frontend staff is much better than those who I met in November last year. Professional and helpful. Checking-in though taking very long time.

The hotel is near to Frankfurt airport with a shuttle service. There is also supermarket just across the street is you need to get some groceries. The frontdesk staff are friendly and professional, as compared to the time I stayed in November last year. It's a totally different team as far as I can see. The only down side is check-in process is taking quite long. But they are doing a good job.

This was my sixth stay at the Ibis Frankfurt Airport and it was also the last. I run from arrivals to take the shuttle bus of 17.30: it was 17.36, the driver clearly saw me, i tried to stop him (I was running towards him). No way, it didn't stop. I took a taxi. Check-in extremely impersonal, the only words emitted were (in German), its a total of 89.90, how do you pay? I was given room 112, right above the entrance, with people coming and going with rolling suitcases. Nothing in the room (not that I wanted anything, in the past I used to find some chocolate, water, even Haribo). I was a bit hungry, but I decided not to give money anymore. I should have picked up the hint, when I wrote asking the shuttle schedule, the answer was the shuttle schedule, without a single word.
