For a budget Ibis the room was surprisingly large. The location was also good. As you would expect, it is some way from the centre of town, but a walkable distance (we walked with our luggage). Tram routes 2/3 pass directly in front of the hotel, providing direct connection to the airport (from the railway station it is a 10 minute walk to the tram line or you can get a connecting bus). It is only a couple of hundred yards away from the Promenade des Anglais, in quiet, pleasant location. We had breakfast. This was satisfactory - it is a cold buffet, nothing hot (other than toast), but that is reflected in the economical price. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. We had a room at the back, and this was fairly quiet. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The location was great with the tram line nearly right outside The rooms are soundproof and did not get any noise through the walls also though I would say the mattress was hardish and the pillows soft, had really good sleep so I guess they may be magic. The room was also kept very clean Breakfast was continental with waffles, bread, cheese, ham, yoghurts, etc with tea/coffee/chocolate machine. There is the view of the promenade which was nice to see the sea This is a great hotel for families and young adult traveller/groups as there is a table tennis table at the reception and other activities The staff were very pleasant and the room Overall a good hotel that suited my needs
