Thank you for staying at Hotel St Moritz! I am delighted to hear that you were impressed with the cleanliness of your room and enjoyed breakfast in Lombardi. I'll be sure to pass your compliments along to our housekeeping and kitchen teams. You're right - many of our rooms don't have air conditioning as for the most part, our Alpine climate means we don't need it. I'm sorry though that you experienced a warmer stay, and that you were a little uncomfortable. We are a short walk from town, thank you for mentioning the hill for other travelers as we understand some guests would find it more challenging to walk up. I'm glad that overall you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again very soon.
