Dear guest, We understand your feelings and are sorry that certain elements did not live up to your expectations. Regarding the hairdryer, it is quite normal for it not to work in the bathroom, as this is a safety measure. Concerning the towels, we will pass on your comment to our team in order to improve this point. For more comfort and attention, we recommend our Privilege rooms, which include bathrobes, Nespresso coffee machine, free minibar and other services.
