Sir, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our dining options. Our hotel offers food service 24/7, with our bar open from 8 AM to midnight for meals and drinks. We regret that this was not clearly communicated during your stay. Regarding the in-room fridge, it is intentionally turned off as part of the sustainability commitments of our Green Key certification. This initiative helps us reduce energy consumption while maintaining our eco-friendly approach. Of course, guests are welcome to switch it on if needed. We also appreciate your remarks about the in-room amenities and will take them into account for future improvements.
