Booked the club room for a two night stay so we had access to lounge facilities. After notifying the hotel of our early arrival from a long haul flight, we were somewhat frustrated to find the front desk to be both unhelpful and unwelcoming. Room allocated was not the city view we had booked and sound transmission from adjoining room TV went on until early hours. Club lounge was ok but very understaffed. Not worth the price bracket and far below the high Sofitel standards in other regions.
