Lieber Gast, herzlichen Dank für Ihre ehrliche Bewertung. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass es zu Schwierigkeiten unteranderem mit der Heizung kam. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert abhängig von den äußeren Temperaturbedingungen. Dennoch ist es uns wichtig, dass Sie sich bei uns wohlfühlen. Bezüglich der Preisaufteilung zwischen Frühstück und Übernachtung verstehen wir, dass unterschiedliche Perspektiven und Erwartungen bestehen können. Es ist unser tägliches Ziel, Ihren Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich zu gestalten. Unser Frühstückskonzept wurde auf der Basis der Frische und der Hochwertigkeit der einzelnen Speisen und Produkte erstellt, daher bedauern wir sehr, dass wir nicht vollständig begeistern konnten. Es ist schade, dass die Information bezüglich des ALL Begrüßungsgetränks missverständlich war. Als ALL Mitglied können Sie im Silver Status, Gold Status, Platinum Status, Diamond Status und Limitless Status den Welcomedrink, wenn die Reservierung über die Hotelinternetseiten oder direkt über die All App erfolgte, diesen an der Bar und alternativ aus dem Kühlschrank neben dem Empfangstresen auswählen. Ein All Welcome Getränkegutschein beinhaltet Bier, Wein oder Softgetränke. Der Welcomegetränkegutschein gilt für den Aufenthalt und ist in diesem Zeitraum jederzeit einlösbar.
