Disappointing experience. Far below the standards of other Accor hotels. The room was not clean, with marks all over the walls. Peeling paint etc shows the place needs some TLC. The parking while reasonably priced was extremely inconvenient in a tight and difficult space. In the restaurant, there were patrons clearly drunk, falling off chairs etc and still being served by the bartender. Not a good look.

A basic, no frills hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and easy and Maddison at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, bed comfy and shower pressure good. A bit rough around the edges but decent enough, my room was small but it was fine for one person. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, but they were the same each day so got boring after a few mornings. There was an issue with a charge on my card after I checked out which was promptly refunded. Overall, I’d stay here again but I’d certainly look for better options first.

Well located, tired facilities

Great central location. Facilities are tired with worn and stained carpets in hallways and rooms. Bathroom facilities are outdated and precarious (especially shower head). Overall, checkin process was easy and stay was hassle free.

The Common area carpets are just too old looking and does not give you a hygiene feeling. Room and Baths are generally small space. Working Desk and chair space is very cramped. Housekeeping service is good, and Breakfast was good too.
