Cher Mr Miche44, Je tiens particulièrement à vous remercier d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis concernant votre expérience dans notre établissement même si j'aurais préféré qu'elle soit davantage favorable pour vous . Je regrette sincèrement que nos services n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes et que vous ayez trouvé notre rapport qualité-prix insatisfaisant. Notre hôtel est conforme aux standards de notre marque MERCURE labellisé 4 étoiles étant confronté à de nombreux audits chaque année. Le prix de notre parking privé, sécurisé avec un système de vidéo surveillance à 12€ par nuit et par véhicule est un tarif correspondant au marché et reste plus accessible que ceux-ci fournis dans le parking souterrain de la ville de Blois . Je vous rappelle également que notre espace détente incluant sauna, hammam, jacuzzi et piscine intérieure chauffée et accessible gratuitement pour toute notre clientèle hébergée. J'espère que vous trouverez des options qui vous conviennent mieux à l'avenir.
