Convenient place to stay in Nice

The hotel was situated very close to the rail station with good transport links. The was in a clean condition although we found the heating in the room was set at very cool and could not change the settings. The shower appeared to have seal missing at the bottom the glass doors and water poured out on to the and wet the whole of shower floor and was heading to the bedroom, the issue was reported to reception but no action was taken.

This is my second stay at the hotel (and hopefully the first of two this year!), I love how close it is to everything, seconds away from the train station and right at the top of JM. The hotel itself is comfy, quiet, has a great pool and bar area. The breakfast has a brilliant range of food. An additional comment on this stay is that whilst staying on the 8th floor we felt the first earthquake but simply thought one of us had shifted the bed! So I feel extremely safe in the building which is an added plus.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Despite the fact that it was in a busy area of Nice the room was nice and quiet. It was a double room but I would have hated to have shared it with anyone as it was very cramped. The bathroom was just too tiny for a single person definitely far too small for two people to use the facilities without ending up having an argument over lack of space..... the room was cool but when we complained an engineer came and turned up the heat which made a huge difference. He was very good and came back to check to make sure that the heating had come on at a higher temperature. It's such a shame that such hotels do not have tea and coffee facilities within the rooms. Maybe it's the lack of space as there isn't a wardrobe just open an open area to hang clothing with a couple of open shelves too.....
