Parking was easy, room was spacious, good places to walk our dog (Ernie) near the hotel (such as Peace Gardens), room service was brilliant and it was the perfect place for the half marathon as start/finish was right outside!

When I checked in staff were good and bar man was great. Paper thin walls - you could hear people in the bathroom! Girl on check out was miserable and unprofessional, ignored when said steam room not functioning. Waste of time using pool as steam room barely working

Arrived from Heathrow at 9am and the staff kindly stored our baggage. Unfortunately due to some late check outs our rooms were not available until approx. 4pm. Rooms were clean & tidy. Breakfast the next morning was good for food quality however, the coffee was only fair.
