Dear Reereelim, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are pleased that you appreciated the charming natural surroundings and peaceful atmosphere of our hotel’s exterior. It is great that you found the location convenient, with its close proximity to both Schiphol Airport and the city center, as well as the frequent direct bus service that connects our hotel to Amsterdam. With regard to the check-in process, we would like to clarify that, according to our records, there was no delay and no need to contact anyone for assistance. Check-in was completed shortly after your arrival. We are, however, sorry to learn that your experience at reception did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for any shortcomings in communication or attitude you encountered, as we strive to provide a warm and informative welcome to every guest. As for the city tax, please note that it is a standard requirement across all municipalities and is collected at check-in in accordance with local regulations. Concerning the room amenities, items such as bottled water, slippers, and dental kits are included in our superior room category. The raised shower is in line with local building standards, though we apologize for any inconvenience caused by water overflow. We are also sorry to hear about your housekeeping experience. Our team is trained to respect "Do Not Disturb" signs and to balance timely service with guest privacy. We will follow up internally to ensure these standards are consistently upheld. Late check-out is available upon request for a small fee. Regarding the additional service package fee, please note that this is related to the use of a third-party booking website. These fees are clearly outlined in the booking terms provided during the reservation process, and are common practice in the hotel industry when bookings are made via external platforms. Finally, we appreciate your recognition of our hotel’s strategic location and the natural environment nearby, which many guests find ideal for relaxation and easy access to Amsterdam’s attractions.
