The room you occupied was a Privilège room with Garden View, recently renovated just a year ago. We regret that the design and atmosphere were not to your liking. Regarding the water pressure issue, we sincerely apologize. We will investigate this matter further, as it may have been due to peak demand, given that the hotel was fully booked for the fair period.
