We are delighted that you found our staff to be lovely and friendly, as we strive to provide excellent service to all our guests. However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our guests' comfort is of utmost importance, and we truly regret the oversight regarding the sofa bed setup. We understand the inconvenience this caused, especially late at night. Regarding the cleanliness, we normally adhere to high standards and are addressing the unexpected presence of insects and dust in the room. We also acknowledge the issue you experienced with the shower drainage and will ensure that our maintenance team is more vigilant in resolving such problems promptly. While our WiFi generally provides adequate connectivity, we recognize there was a shortfall during your stay, and we will seek to improve the speed of connection. We understand that the overall room quality and value for money did not align with your expectations, and we take your comments seriously as we continuously work to enhance our guest experience.
