Dear Jamie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you found our reception area modern, funky, and welcoming. Our team works hard to provide a positive first impression, and we are glad this was the case for you. However, we are disheartened to hear that your experience did not continue to meet expectations beyond our reception. While our hotel was built in 1988 and does feature a modern decor in our lobby renovated in 2015, we understand that aspects of our accommodation may appear dated to some guests. We are sorry to learn that you found the room size and decor not to your liking. The rooms are designed to optimize space and are equipped with our Sweet Bed by ibis for your sleeping comfort. We regret that the heating in your room was not functioning properly; this is certainly not the standard we aim for. Moreover, we acknowledge your thoughts on the bathroom and assure you that our bathrooms, although functional, are indeed an area we are considering for future updates. Finally, we understand your concerns regarding the value for the price paid. Our hotel rates vary daily and can be influenced by local events, but we always strive to ensure our guests receive the best possible service and amenities for their expenditure. Dear Roger, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not live up to your expectations. Our hotel does not provide water boilers in the rooms; however, we do offer a range of refreshments 24/7 at our bar and vending machines for your convenience. For safety reasons (staff and guests) doors are closed during the night. The night auditor can open it manually. At some time he prepared the breakfast, behind the front desk. In case of fire alarm, the doors are automatically disabled.
