The hotel is in a great spot making it easy to go anywhere in the centre of town. And while our room (privilege room with sea view) did not match the photos online and was a bit disappointing, the lovely lady that runs your breakfast area was outstanding! She was incredibly service-minded, taking initiative and offering just-baked croissants and pastries, making sure everything worked as it should in the breakfast room -- she even delivered coffee to our room after finding out from my husband how much I enjoy a real cup of coffee (rather than an Nespresso version).

Well situated in the heart of NCE, easily accessible, on sea front. Small room well equipped with balcony unfortunately not facing the sea.. Good breakfast and very nice employees.
