only fault is no air condition it was really humid and with noise outside you couldnt open windows. I rang reception and they told me it was broken!

When checking in we were informed we were upgraded, which turned out we got a coffee machine and a free bottle of water. Hmmmmm. When we got to our room it was stifling hot and when call was made to reception we were informed that the hotel was not allowed to run the air conditioning and that we could open the window. It is a restricted opening window and was told we could have someone come up and unlock it to open fully. Double hmmmmm. This was only done once we had signed an indemnity form. Having travelled all day we were keen to eat at the hotel restaurant to be told it does not open for dinner on weekends. Triple hmmmmmm. Then the cost. It was probably associated with the Milan Design Week which we discovered when we went for a walk to the Duomo but $AUD678 is a bit steep. As a long time All Accor member, lately All Accor Plus Gold, this is the first time I have been really disappointed in an Accor hotel.
