However, we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your visit. We understand your concerns about the room amenities. As per our 3-star hotel standards, we do not provide minibars or kettles in the rooms. We regret that this was not communicated clearly during your previous stay (you might have been upgraded last time). Additionally, we acknowledge your feedback regarding the pillows and will consider your comments for future improvements. Regarding breakfast, we appreciate your input about the coffee and juice machines and will certainly look into this matter to enhance our guest experience.
