We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it\'s apparent in this case that we fell short. Please, if possible, can you share with me more details on what happened with your booking? As it regards to the heat, we are currently working on this especially with the weather being inconsistent lately. Dear Mary/Patrick, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it\'s apparent in this case that we fell short. I noticed that a few guests from your group had complained about the heat, we are currently working on the heating system at this time with the fluctuating weather temperatures going on outside lately. I am truly sorry for the discomfort and inconvenience this has caused for you and the other guests in your group. As for the menu item you have ordered I brought it to the attention of the food and beverage manager in hopes for the team to work together to mitigate any future occurrences.
