Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are pleased that you found the breakfast to be a highlight of your stay, showcasing our commitment to providing a quality start to the day with a lavish spread of bread and local products. Nonetheless, we are sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered with the room amenities and the inconvenience with the room card key. Please accept our apologies for the oversight regarding the tea replenishment. Furthermore, we understand the importance of having a comfortable and well-lit space, and it\'s regrettable that this was not the case during your stay. While our windows are designed to ensure guest safety and soundproofing, we regret that this impacted the natural light in your room. Additionally, we apologize for the dissatisfaction you felt with the overall appearance and smell of the hotel; this is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold. We are also reviewing the concerns you raised about the room TV and will work to ensure that such issues are promptly addressed in the future. Beste Herman, Leuk dat u even de tijd nam om uw feedback met ons te delen. We zijn verheugd dat u heeft genoten van ons uitgebreide ontbijt, waar we lokale producten en een divers broodaanbod presenteren. Niettemin betreuren we de ongemakken die u hebt ervaren. We begrijpen dat een frisse en aangename geur in de receptie en een onberispelijke staat van de badkuip bijdragen aan een comfortabel verblijf. Onze excuses voor het ongemak dat dit heeft veroorzaakt. We zullen uw opmerkingen ter harte nemen en streven ernaar om deze aspecten van onze service te verbeteren. Tegelijkertijd bieden we dagelijkse schoonmaak om een hoge standaard van hygiëne te garanderen en hebben we allemaal anti-allergische tapijten in onze kamers voor uw comfort. Tot slot zijn we blij dat u de locatie van ons hotel in het hart van Gent heeft gewaardeerd, op slechts 350 meter afstand van de Sint-Baafskathedraal. Our team works diligently to ensure that every aspect of our guests\' stay is efficiently managed, from the 24-hour reception to the swift check-in and check-out processes. Nonetheless, we deeply regret that we were not able to provide you with a parking spot despite your request. Our indoor parking is indeed limited to 23 places for 117 rooms, and while we strive to accommodate all requests, occasionally during high-demand periods such as the Ghent festivities, we face overcapacity. We recommend our guests to reserve parking through our website to ensure availability, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope you managed to take advantage of our central location, just 350 meters from St Bavo’s Cathedral, and that it added value to your business trip. Our city center position is ideal for guests looking to explore the historic sights and enjoy the local culture. We hope we will have the opportunity to see you again in the future.
