Stayed for one night, room was nice spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice. Location is good, on the lake next to the Festspielhaus, 10 min walk to center. Staff was nice.

Located opposite the local Casino, in the same building. This says it all, and it was very disappointing.

The restaurant was closed; so were most of the others in town (it was Carnival Sunday), so we were offered room service. The only choice was picked peppers, salami and similar (stuff they would give out at the bar as aperitive), in enormous quantity, and at an enormous price. (I do not know how much exactly, though, because I asked for the usual email invoice, which has never arrived). I complained at the check-out and was given a token discount on the car park fee. They will not see me again.

Upon arrival, the terrace had not been cleaned. We found an ashtray full of cigarette butts. On Sunday evening, the restaurant only offered some very basic antipasti, which were vastly overpriced. However, the staff was empathetic and understood our complaints.

The hotel room is good and clean. The amenities are as well. The breakfast was looking like any others from another hotel. However, the staff in the restaurant was very rude. I was shown an unacceptable attitude. I complained but nothing was offered as a form of an apology. What was even more surprising is that when I described the rudeness of that staff, the reception staff knew exactly who I was talking about. Therefore, it must be a recurrent problem. It is very disappointing.
